Program Areas

We believe the world’s resources should be owned in common and managed for the maximum benefit of local people.

through research, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy, we apply the best practices in commons governance in three geographic program areas: Alaska, the Arctic, and developing nations. Our work covers issues ranging from constitutional and governance reform, energy and fisheries, to intergenerational equality and financial stewardship.
